Latest version of Comtec EasySell for First Choice
Comtec’s new generation booking system EasySell v2.1 is to be introduced across the First Choice retail network.
More than 300 branches, including 38 Holiday Hypermarkets, will gain access to the system from August.
The latest version of EasySell, which the chain has been using for six years, provides a search facility across more than 70 operators and digital brochure content integrated with traditional viewdata-based services.
The upgrade will also seen agency branches and the company’s national call centre in Salford move from a windows-based to a browser-based service.
First Choice Retial commercial head Helen Deegan said: “We are now pleased to be upgrading to EasySell v2 which our pilot phase has convinced us will enable our retail outlets to further improve staff productivity and enhance the service offered to customers.”
