LEAD Europe announces 2007 Fellows Training Programme
LEAD , the world’s largest international not-for-profit organisation focusing on leadership and sustainable development, is offering 30 places on its LEAD Europe Fellows Training Programme 2007.
The European training takes place in several countries.. While gaining practical experience working with colleagues from diverse professional backgrounds, participants will analyse contemporary sustainability challenges and search for joint solutions. They will also interact with some outstanding leaders and hear their own stories of challenge and opportunity working in this field.
Training begins in March 2007 and includes 15 face-to-face training days organised into three events over six months, supported by two virtual events.
Climate change and the future of energy (UK, March)
Exploring the intergovernmental systems (Switzerland, June)
Managing common pool resources (Hungary, Sept)
International Training Session (Indonesia, Nov – optional)
Upon completion of the programme, participants will join the 1600 LEAD Fellows worldwide who have graduated from the Fellows Training Programme since 1991.
