Let’s hear it for the green and gold
Australia’s newest airline – Air Australia – will reveal its livery, fares and routes at a media briefing at Brisbane airport on Wednesday.
Formerly Strategic Airlines, the new carrier will fly domestic as well as international routes – initially to the holiday hotspots of Bali, Phuket and Hawaii.
It is advertising a launch fare of $499 one way from Brisbane to Honolulu.
Strategic is retiring its name, red, white and blue livery and full service business class model from November 15 to become Air Australia in a green and gold livery.
