LibGO selects Accovia
LibGO Travel named Accovia to provide part of its next generation travel system.
LibGO Travel, North America’s second largest tour operator, is implementing Accovia’s Air Solution as a key component of its new reservation system.
Accovia’s Air Solution, available through Web Services, allows agents and consumers to use the Liberty Travel and GoGo Worldwide Vacations’ Web-based environment to gather dynamically packaged airfares. The fares can be published, negotiated or contracted, along with other travel components.
Said Danny Hudson, chief information officer of LibGo Travel:
“By implementing Accovia’s Air Solution, we have added a ‘best of breed’ component to our reservation platform.”
Added Claude Guay, president and CEO of Accovia:
“As pioneer of travel packaging, LibGO travel began offering packaged vacations decades ago. The fact that LibGO Travel has chosen to work with Accovia further strengthens and validates our ongoing commitment to provide software modules, connectors and Web services that can be easily assembled and tailored to support a variety of packaging business models.”
