Looking for a weightless cruise?
Here’s a new wrinkle in cruises: the chance to lose weight.
That’s the goal of the Coconut Cruise, a seven-day Caribbean-bound ship setting sail next spring. Those interested need to make reservations in October, however.
The Coconut Cruise will be hosted by nutritionist and best-selling author Cherie Calbom. The host is Ultimate Journeys. The cruise sets sail from Fort Lauderdale.
Guests will learn about the Calbom weight loss program with kitchen demonstrations. There will also be quizzes and consultations on keeping the lost weight off while still eating well.
“Our goal is to offer journeys which are designed and directed by an expert in their field,” said Russ Goodman, president and CEO of Ultimate Journeys LLC.
Ultimate Journeys is an executive-level travel and event management company that custom designs events for organizations and individuals worldwide.
