Lukan takes combined Galileo/Worldspan role for UK & Ireland
Patrick Lukan has been made general manager, UK & Ireland for the combined Worldspan and Galileo business within Travelport GDS.
He reports into David Brown, who is responsible for Western Europe and Brazil. In turn, Brown reports into Bryan Conway, who is overall head of the EMEA and Brazil region as managing director.
Also reporting into Conway is Niklas Andréen, who has responsibility for Eastern Europe, and Rabih Saab, who is responsible for Middle East & Africa.
Supplier services – airline, car, hotel, train content deals – falls under Matthew Hall and sales strategy and planning will be led by Jason Clarke.
Lukan joined Galileo in 2005 from Sabre where he spent 11 years. Prior to Sabre, he spent 12 years in airport operations with American Airlines.
