The Residences open at Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort
Oranjestad, Aruba – The Residences, an upscale community of 45 luxury studio, one- and two-bedroom units, located at the Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort, were made available for ownership in July.  This private environment is situated in close proximity to a long stretch of Aruba’s Druif Beach, with easy access to the island’s casinos, shopping areas, and medical facilities.

Owners can enjoy both a island home and the privileges of a Aruba vacation resort.  Access to the grounds and amenities of the Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort currently include spa, tennis, swimming pools, and shops as well as various hotel services.

Views of the tropically landscaped golf fairways and waterfalls of The Links at Divi Aruba are a prime feature.  These are the only condominiums in Aruba located on a golf course as well as being only a few steps away from the beach.  Each residence features a west-facing private balcony with picture windows which bring the island beauty of Aruba into the living spaces.

The simple, fully-furnished rooms decorated with a color palate of greens and blues evoke a feeling of calm and relaxation.  These Caribbean lifestyle units are accompanied by state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and electronics such as refrigerators, dishwashers, coffee makers, and toasters.  The units are also equipped with a china/glassware package and a 42” flat panel TV, CD, DVD, with surround sound.  The Residences are operated with the comfort of elevator access in each of the three, three-story buildings.

Nearby The Residences lies the clubhouse featuring a pro shop, meeting facilities, service desk with condominium liaison on duty as well as two restaurants.  The Links at Divi Aruba offers amenities such as discounted green fares and discounted club rental to those with Residence ownership.

Should owners elect not to stay in a condominium year-round, they may be eligible to participate in a rental program managed by Divi Village.  Owners may also be eligible to participate in a vacation exchange program through RCI (Resort Condominiums International). One of the most significant benefits of the RCI program is the ability to exchange your points for a stay in one of the many RCI affiliated resorts, so owners can relax in the Caribbean sunshine and the next year elect to ski the Rockies instead.

The units start at $350,000 for the 903 square ft. studio and range up to $1,200,000 for the 3,986 square ft. penthouse.

Divi Resorts operates eight resorts on five Caribbean islands including the Divi Carina Bay Beach Resort & Casino in St. Croix; Divi Little Bay Beach Resort in St. Maarten; Divi Southwinds Beach Resort and Divi Heritage Beach Resort in Barbados; Divi Flamingo Beach Resort & Casino in Bonaire; and Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort, Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort and Divi Dutch Village Resort in Aruba.

As of the first quarter 2007, Divi Aruba Phoenix, Divi Village Golf and Divi Dutch Village Beach Resorts in Aruba have been awarded the AAA’s prestigious 3 Diamond Rating.
