SINGAPORE – M Hotel Singapore has taken the top spot in Wotif Group’s Customer Preferred Choice awards for Singapore for 2008.

Wotif Group’s product director for Singapore, Carolyn Low, said, “These awards are Wotif Group’s first event since Wotif.com merged with Asia Web Direct earlier this year and I’m very pleased at the response.”

Other hotels awarded included Royal Plaza on Scotts, Carlton Hotel Singapore, Orchard Hotel Singapore and Grand Plaza Park Hotel City Hall who took out second to fifth places respectively in the Customer’s Preferred Choice awards.

Additionally, Link Hotel was named Wotif.com’s Star Performer hotel as they averaged the most room sales per month having been listed on the site for less than 12 months.

This was the fourth of five awards ceremonies for Wotif Group, with one more to follow in Hong Kong next week.
