Majestic Princess will be the first ship in the Princess Cruises to debut a new design which will be rolled out fleet-wide in the next few years.

The cruise ship, which was built and designed specifically for the China market, will homeport in Shanghai and carry 3,560 guests.

It will offer many of the same special features as Royal Princess and Regal Princess like a large atrium serving as the social hub of the ship; a top-deck glass-bottomed walkway extending 28 feet beyond the edge of the ship; the Princess Live! interactive studio; and a special Chef’s Table Lumiere.

Majestic Princess will also feature a number of new venues and experiences created for the China market, the details of which will be revealed in the coming months.
