Majority stake sold in sports tourism operator On Location Experiences
Sports and entertainment event management firm Endeavor Group Holdings has secured a controlling stake in sports hospitality provider On Location Experiences.
On Location is an official hospitality provider for the NFL, which also owns a minority stake.
On Location, was originally a part of the NFL organization but has been privately held by the NFL and other investors since 2015.
As part of the deal the NFL increased its stake in On Location to 20%
On Location also offers hospitality services to NCAA, the PGA of America and the USTA.
"Partnering with the NFL will enable us to leverage the best-in-class executions around one of the biggest events in the world, the Super Bowl, and extend this same level of service and experiences to other sports and entertainment properties globally," said Ariel Emanuel, CEO of Endeavor.
