Malaysia Airlines, JAL expand codeshare
Malaysia Airlines and Japan Airlines have agreed to expand their existing codeshare pact. It comes as Malaysia Airlines’ launches new direct flights from Kuala Lumpur to Tokyo Haneda.
On August 14, the codeshare expands to the KL-Haneda route. Malaysia Airlines customers can book and connect to domestic destinations including Osaka, Fukuoka, Nagoya, Sapporo, Okinawa, as well as on JAL’s North America transpacific routes.
The airlines entered into a joint business partnership in July 2020.
