Malaysia cooking up a storm
Malaysia Kitchen, a Malaysian government global initiative to promote Malaysian cuisine, has launched in Australia and New Zealand.
Malaysia Kitchen will work in partnership with Malaysian restaurant operators in Australia, with participating restaurants expected to benefit via increased clientele from promotional activity being undertaken to support the campaign.
A Malaysia Kitchen Australia website is currently under construction, which will contain detailed information such as restaurants, recipes, events, promotions and more.
Malaysia Kitchen Australia follows the successful roll out of the initiative, Malaysia Kitchen for the World, in London, UK and New York.
MasterChef Australia 2010 winner, Adam Liaw, an ambassador for the programme, is urging all Malaysian restaurant owners and chefs in Australia to participate.
Malaysian restaurants in Australia can register their participation and interest by emailing [email protected].
