Malaysia’s AirAsia mandates vaccinations for passengers
AirAsia Group’s Malaysia based airline unit will only allow fully vaccinated passengers on flights as it prepares to resume domestic and then international flight services. Full vaccination is now mandatory for adult guests to be allowed to board its flights with immediate effect.
AirAsia said passengers under 18 who have yet to be fully vaccinated may travel with fully jabbed family members. AirAsia also requires passengers to check-in with the app to reduce physical interaction.
