Management changes at Hitwise
Hitwise has appointed Timur Yarnall to the newly-created position of CEO and president.
Meanwhile Nigel Wilson, Hitwise managing director since January 2015, has become COO.
Yarnall was formerly senior vice-president, advertising products and corporate development at comScore.
Prior to comScore, he was CEO/co-founder for MdotLabs, which was acquired by comScore in August 2014.
He was also co-founder of Broadcast Interactive Media, a TV data services provider.
"The world of consumer measurement, and digital marketing in general, is undergoing a significant amount of disruption that we believe creates opportunities for Hitwise to grow exponentially on the back of product innovation," said J. T. Treadwell, managing director of Hitwise parent STG
"We also are extremely pleased with the return to solid growth that Hitwise has already demonstrated, and as such are pleased that Nigel Wilson is taking on a new role to expand the business globally while continuing excellent work in driving the business in its core markets. As we continue to build this company within a company, we believe he will be an excellent partner to Timur and the Board in taking Hitwise to the next stage of its evolution."
