Management changes at Youtravel.com
Youtravel.com Group is relocating to a new office in Mayfair, central London, and has reshuffled its management team.
The international sales team has been moved to London to work alongside the UK sales team under the leadership of Damien Retureau.
He joins Youtravel as director of international sales, working previously for Orbitz, lastminute.com and most recently price comparison site Kelkoo.com.
Group CEO, Ioannis Kent, remains actively involved in sales strategy and implementation, leading the sales team together with Retureau and head of UK sales Hannah Wheeler.
Laura Dryden is joining as head of human resources, while Nathalie Kouzi takes the newly-created position of public relations and new business development senior executive.
She previously worked in communications for national tourist boards such as VisitBritain, VisitCyprus and hotel groups in Europe and the US.
Neil Bowen, who recently assumed the role of COO, will also be managing director of the Athens office.
From from his new Athens base he will further expand his role in the group’s UK sister company, Aquis Hotels and Resorts.
Youtravel.com will retain the recently created department of senior product managers and IT in the Athens office.
"This new redeployment will enable us to target even more international markets as we continually expand the network of Youtravel.com," said group CEO Ioannis Kent.
