Management shake-up at Club 18-30

Former rep Stephen Vaughan has been appointed to lead Club 18-30, replacing Paul Little who has stepped down after 20 years.

Little will be staying with parent company Thomas Cook UK & Ireland firstly to assist Vaughan in his new role, then to “progress projects” within the UK business, a statement said.

Vaughan started work as a Club 18-30 representative more than 14 years ago.

One of his first challenges will be to set up a new Club 18-30 base in Peterborough, working alongside those new staff joining the operator and those relocating from its current site in Brighton.

Ian Kaye has been confirmed as the new overseas operations manager for Club 18-30.

Vaughan, who will report to Thomas Cook holiday division commercial director Adam Fredman, said: “I am delighted to have been appointed into this role, and can’t wait for the opportunity to take the brand forward in 2008.  I’m particularly relishing the opportunity of working with all of the Club 18-30 team members, old and new.”
