Marriott appoints new COO for South East Asia and Pacific
Marriott International Inc. has announced the promotion of Rajeev Menon as chief operations officer for South East Asia & Pacific.
Menon will be based in Singapore and will oversee operational functions and ensure implementation of brand discipline programmes, the company said.
Joining Marriott in 2001, Menon has served in various management roles, including area vice president for South Asia, and as country manager in Pakistan, Malaysia, and Australia.
He also brings several year in hospitality management after roles as general manager of Renaissance Mumbai Hotel and Convention Center and Marriott Executive Apartments, Mumbai and general manager of Sydney Harbour Marriott.
