Marriott meeting services app expands to 75 more properties
Marriott International has announced that its Meeting Services App has been rolled out to a further 75 hotels.
It is now available for meeting planners at nearly 600 hotels including select Autograph Collection Hotels and properties in Europe and the Middle East.
In addition, MSA will become available at hotels in Asia Pacific during the first quarter of 2015.
The Meeting Services App allows planners to fine-tune real-time requests from all web-enabled devices such as coffee refills, temperature adjustments and more.
It is currently available in 20 languages allowing event planners and hotel event staff to communicate seamlessly.
The app is customized for a specific meeting space and sent to the planner in advance of the event by the host hotel.
Meeting Services App is part of Marriott’s suite of apps across four brands – Marriott Hotels (Red Coat Direct), JW Marriott Hotels (JW Event Concierge), Renaissance Hotels (R.E.N. Meetings Expert) and select Autograph Collection hotels.
In mid-2015 selected Courtyard Hotels overseas will also launch a branded version of the app.
