MAS to launch KL-Macau service in November

KUALA LUMPUR – Malaysia Airlines will connect Kuala Lumpur with Macau on with the launch of four weekly direct flights between the two cities from November 10

The airline is offering one-way promotional fares from as low as RM99/US$29 (excluding taxes and other charges) for this new service, which is on every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.

This special offer, valid until October 14, is for travel between November 10 and December 31. Customers can make reservations through MAS website at http://www.malaysiaairlines.com/, its nationwide tickets office, appointed travel agents and 24-hour toll-free call centre at 1-300-88-3000.

MAS commerical director Datuk Rashid Khan said the service was part of MAS’ continued efforts to strengthen its market presence in China.

The airline is already flying to Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Kunming and Xiamen.

“Together with the four times weekly flight to Macau, we will operate 63 weekly frequencies between Malaysia and the seven cities in China offering a total of 31,818 seats in both directions,” said Rashid.
