Meon publishes dedicated trade brochure
Meon Villas has produced its first dedicated brochure for agents following the operator’s return to selling through the trade.
The programme covers 128 top selling villas across the operator’s 12 destinations.
The brochure is intended as a tool to support a new travel agents’ website, launched last month. The site – www.meonvillas.com/agents – allows agents to see up to 12 images of each villa, 360 degree photography of many properties and make bookings online.
A £10 shopping voucher incentive is available for every online booking made by February 29.
Top sellers Corfu, Majorca and the Algarve are all well represented in the new brochure as are Crete and Cyprus, which are growing in popularity.
Prices start at £399 for one week in April at Villa Elea, Crete (sleeps six), Els Evols, Majorca (sleeps six) or Casa Maria, Menorca (sleeps eight).
Programme director Rob Graham said the trade response to Meon Villas’ return to selling through agencies had been extremely encouraging.
“The new brochure has been put together specifically with the needs of agents in mind and to satisfy demand in the upper middle market, where the strength of the villa market lies,” he said.
“The focus is on destinations and individual properties that have already proven to sell well through the travel trade – with a key emphasis on well-priced four star villas,” he said.
