More demonstrations in World Cup host city

The collapse of a motorway flyover in Brazil has led to more anti-FIFA demonstrations.

Two people, including a bus driver, have been confirmed dead and over 20 injured following the collapse of the flyover yesterday in Belo Horizonte, one of the 2014 World Cup host cities.

One eye witness described the noise of the collapse as similar to an "earthquake or bomb".

The death toll could be higher as rescuers have so far been unable to reach a car that was crushed in the collapse.

There have been angry scenes near the flyover following the collapse, with groups of protesters shouting and holding banners.

There have been several accidents during construction of the stadiums for the World Cup.

One worker was killed when an unfinished monorail collapsed in Sao Paulo just before the start of the tournament.
