More legroom among United enhancements
United Airlines announced enhancements which the carrier claims will make long distance air travel more relaxed.
The in-flight improvements include:
• Reconfigured three-cabin Boeing 747, 767 and 777 aircraft with up to five more inches of legroom in the United Economy Plus, and seven additional inches in the Business sections.
• New amenity kits that include Crabtree & Evelyn’s all-natural bath and body care products made exclusively for United First and Business customers. The kits include body lotion and Rembrandt toothpaste.
• Enhanced and healthier food choices for First and Business customers travelling from Europe and Japan to the US and on other international flights.
United is also bringing in Doug Frost, a highly-regarded wine expert, to help it choose products for its in-flight wine programme
