Morocco national tourism office entrusts new PR agencies for international digital communications strategy
Two Hopscotch Group agencies—Heaven and Hopscotch Tourism—along with Moroccan communications leader Avant‑Scène Group and its subsidiaries, announced their collaboration with the Moroccan National Tourism Office to promote the Morocco destination worldwide. This partnership aims to strengthen Morocco’s digital presence and inspire global travelers through authentic, engaging content deployed across 16 international markets.
The Moroccan National Tourism Office selected the agency consortium for its ability to deliver a fully integrated solution tailored to the specific challenges of digital tourism marketing. By combining the expertise of Hopscotch Tourism (tourism sector specialists), Heaven (creative agency), and Avant-Scène Group (market leader in Morocco), the consortium has built a customized, innovative approach that blends high-quality content production with targeted distribution. The three agencies complement one another seamlessly, creating a powerful synergy that amplifies their collective impact.
Morocco : Winning over the world
This ambitious campaign spans 16 international markets: France, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, China, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Scandinavia, the Gulf countries, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, Israel, and Sub-Saharan Africa. The objective is to respect local market nuances while maintaining global brand consistency—positioning Morocco as a compelling and world-class tourism destination.
Immersive visual content—including video and photography—will be produced to captivate audiences. The digital strategy incorporates user-generated content (UGC) and influencer-driven campaigns to energize social platforms. Six key digital channels will serve as dynamic showcases, spotlighting Morocco’s cultural richness and one-of-a-kind experiences.
Recruiting influential content creators with highly engaged communities will be central to the mission. These partnerships will go beyond traditional sponsored posts, featuring immersive and innovative creative concepts that enable macro- and mega-influencers to share genuine, first-hand experiences of Morocco.
As global tourism competition intensifies, Morocco is positioning itself as an exceptional destination offering a uniquely diverse range of activities. The strategy will target thrill-seekers eager for adventure, as well as travelers looking for meaningful exchanges, personal enrichment, and unforgettable encounters.
“This partnership with the Moroccan National Tourism Office perfectly reflects our strategic ambition to strengthen our B2C positioning. With the launch of Consumer Lab, we are now able to deliver innovative solutions aligned with consumer expectations. This project marks a key milestone in our growth strategy, and we are honored to support Morocco’s global digital communications alongside Heaven and Avant-Scène,” said Blaise Borézée, Executive Vice President of Hopscotch Tourism and Managing Director of Hopscotch Tourism France.
“We are thrilled to once again collaborate with the Moroccan National Tourism Office on such a bold international project. Alongside our partner agencies, we plan to infuse powerful, creative storytelling to spark conversations worldwide and bring Moroccan experiences to life through real, compelling narratives.
Through this strategic approach, we aim to highlight Morocco’s many assets. And to make it a distinctive, authentic, and attractive destination through the diversity of its offerings. This partnership is a meaningful opportunity to demonstrate how digital can redefine global tourism marketing and truly make a difference,” added Arthur Kannas, Chief Executive Officer of Heaven and Strategic Director for the Morocco account.
