MSC Cruises launches new loyalty program
MSC Cruises has announced the roll out of a new guest loyalty program.
Replaced the existing MSC Club, the new MSC Voyagers Club is a five-tier membership program made up of Welcome, Classic, Silver, Gold and Black levels.
Guests can sign up for the Welcome level even before they cruise, as long as they have a confirmed booking.
The line has revamped its point structure which will be reflected by the type of inclusive experience booked from Bella, Fantastica, Aurea or MSC Yacht Club, along with the length of stay.
Points are also awarded for onboard spend and pre-paid services including shore excursions, spa treatments and beverage packages.
MSC Voyagers Club members will also get extra perks such as events and exclusive onboard offers, and all members will have an exclusive 5% discount on all future cruises.
Top tier members get additional elite benefits such as priority boarding and late stateroom check out and complimentary dining in a specialty restaurant.
In a first for the industry, new guests with existing membership in other loyalty programs will automatically acquire a similar status when enrolling in MSC Voyagers Club.
