MyTravel shares fall back again

There were mixed fortunes for travel and tourism shares yesterday as London’s main equity indices pushed ahead. The FTSE 100 index gained 42.8 points to end the day at 4736.8, while the FTSE 250 closed up 53.9 at 4,736.8, its highest level since early 2001. Shares in MyTravel dropped 0.375p to 4.75p after bondholders won the right to appeal against plans to restructure the company. The Court of Appeal will give its reasons for allowing the appeal tomorrow.
