Namibia on sale from Bench International

African safari specialist Bench International is offering savings of $555 per person on one of its more unusual  African adventures –  the Oryx and Himba safari of Namibia.

The 11-night package from the capital Windhoek includes nine  nights in very comfortable camps and two nights in hotels and is now available for $1745 per person. It is normally $2300

The deal is for a limited number of places on a tour which begins on July 16, but must be booked by June 15.

The tour includes the desert wildlife park Etosha, which is home to different species of wildlife as they have developed for desert conditions, and the unique cultural structure of the native Himba villages.

The tour includes travel to Okonjima, home of the Africat Foundation which is renowned for its cheetah population,  the Namib Desert, Sossusvlei, Damaraland and Swakopmund.
