Nationwide and TLX form partnership
Nationwide Hospitality Inc. and TLX Inc. formed a new joint venture to provide a single source for airlines, cruise lines and other large travel-related users to handle their crew, passenger and corporate hotel and ground transportation needs.
The program combines TLX’s technology platform with Nationwide’s corporate travel management tools and on site coverage at major airports.
The joint venture combines technology, low rates and servicing without the costs of a full-service travel management company, according to Nationwide.
The company says benefits include automated handling of crew and passengers bookings, cost reductions and enhanced customer service.
“We are a new alternative in this industry — a travel management solution providing technological and service support while combining buying power to reduce hotel and transportation related expenditures,” said Ted Scislowski, president and CEO of Nationwide.
