New Birmingham to Spain flight
Iberia Express is starting service between Birmingham and Madrid from next Spring.
Starting on March 27, the low cost carrier will operate four flights a week to the Spanish capital.
On Monday and Fridays, the flights will leave Birmingham at 10.35am, arriving in Madrid at 2.05pm and will fly from Madrid at 08:45am, arriving in Birmingham at 10.00am.
On Wednesdays and Sundays, the flights will leave Birmingham at 5.35pm, arriving in Madrid at 9.05pm and will fly from Madrid at 3:45pm, arriving in Birmingham at 5pm.
Silvia Mosquera, commercial director of Iberia Express, said: "This new route strengthens our capacity in the United Kingdom, the country where we offer the largest number of flights and from which we bring many tourists to Spain."
