New Boston tourism campaign promotes city’s diversity
Boston is rolling out a new tourism ad campaign focusing on the city’s diversity. ‘All Inclusive Boston’ aims to promote minority-owned businesses and attractions that are less frequented by visiting tourists.
With the tagline ‘Maybe you don’t know Boston,’ the city will ‘celebrate Boston’s rich vibrant diversity’ through Latina-, LGBTQ-and Black-owned businesses. "I think this is a powerful way to showcase all that is so amazing about our city," says Mayor Kim Janey.
The campaign is being funded by $2.5 million from the federal CARES act.
