New colour-coded concept website from Headwater
Headwater has launched a new website to create more ‘tailormade’ browsing.
The walking and cycling specialist has included 12 holiday categories as well as colour codes.
These are ‘food lovers’, ‘coastal’, ‘wine lovers’, ‘bird watchers’, ‘nature lovers’ ‘historic sites’, ‘solo travellers’, ‘families’, ‘eco green’, ‘high peaks’, ‘islands’ and ‘lakes and rivers’.
Dave Holcroft, marketing manager at Headwater, said: "Speaking to our customers, we know that whilst our core activities of walking, cycling and canoeing are important, it’s that visit to a local vineyard or intimate, gastronomic dinner that makes a Headwater holiday so special.
"We’ve re-designed the website with the user-experience in mind, complete with a new navigation menu and easy-to-spot icons, so it’s easier to search for your next holiday by country, region, date, activity and difficulty rating."
