New director of tourism named at Turks and Caicos Tourist Board
The Turks and Caicos Tourist Board has appointed Pamela Ewing as new director of tourism.
Ewing has been regional marketing manager for the US market since 2004.
"I am confident that she will continue to be an excellent brand ambassador for the destination," said Turks and Caicos minister of tourism, Ralph Higgs.
"Her track record and standing throughout the industry and among our travel partners is exemplary."
Ewing was picked out of a competitive field of 15 candidates, said Adelphine Pitter, chair of the TCI Tourist Board.
She starts in the role on April 1.
