New e-marketing courses introduced by Capela

Capela Travel Training has relaunched e-marketing training courses with updated content and an interactive approach.

Two new one-day courses commence over the coming weeks in London and Manchester, Practical Online Skills for Travel Marketers provides a summary of the key elements to a successful online marketing strategy – with the focus very much on practical steps to establishing what works for each business.

Areas covered include: website usability; search engine marketing; email and viral; website performance measures; web 2.0 and the future.

Practical Online Skills for Travel Marketers’ one-day courses take place in central London on April 24 and June 18 and in Manchester on June 23.‘Practical Web 2.0 Skills for Travel Marketers’ covers social media such as Facebook and MySpace and travel networks such as WAYN, Driftr and Dopplr; User Generated Content; blogs, wikis, tagging, widgets and more. The one-day sessions take place in London on May 12 and July 1.

Mike Imrie, co-founder of FSI-Travel, is developing and delivering Capela’s courses.  His online travel marketing pedigree includes work with VisitBritain, Emirates, Octopus Travel and Amadeus.
