New Frontiers assets bought by sister company
Travel recruitment company, New Frontiers, has been dissolved and its assets bought by sister company Online Travel Training.
Julia Feuell, MD of both companies, said the restructure was an accounting issue and has not impacted either business.
“We were advised by our accounts to do this to make us stronger, so that we are more able to weather the economic situation going forward. These are unusual times,†she said.
“There have been no redundancies and both companies are trading completely as normal.â€
