New home agent program

Montrose Travel, a $100 million travel management company, has announced its new, home-based travel program called MTravel.com.

Said Andi McClure-Mysza, co-owner:

“With MTravel.com, home-based agents will retain their own identity, minimize overhead, maximize time with clients, and maintain a secure client list.”

She said MTravel will offer “strong commissions” with no minimums and an agent only Web site. There will also be marketing and accounting support, she said.

The California-based Montrose Travel, which describes itself as one of the top 50 travel agencies in America, has been working with independent contractors since 1973, according to Ms McClure-Mysza.

“The opportunity to grow our Independent Contractor Division with the recruitment of established travel professionals, as well as new home-based agents, is enormous,” she said.

She said the new program is for experienced professionals as well as newcomers who want to grow a business.
