New regional slant for UK Cruise Convention
The Association of Cruise Experts (ACE) is making it easier for agents in the north of England and Scotland to get involved in its UK Cruise Convention.
As well as the three-day programme of events in Southampton, where agents can visit six cruise ships, agents can now visit the Crown Princess in Liverpool or Edinburgh.
Agents attending these regional ship events will enjoy an experience-led tour along with video footage from the main Convention in Southampton, including learning first-hand about Stacey Solomon’s cruise experience onboard Ruby Princess.
ACE director Flo Powell explained: “We want all agents interested in or currently selling cruise to be offered as many opportunities as possible to gain first-hand experience of the incredible value and service that cruising offers.
“The UK Cruise Convention in Southampton and these additional regional visits will ensure that agents can ‘get on board’ with cruising and talk enthusiastically to their customers to boost sales.”
The Crown Princess visits will take place in Liverpool on Sunday June 27 and in Edinburgh on Friday July 2.
Agents can apply for a place online at the events diary at www.ukcruiseconvention.org.
Places are still available at the UK Cruise Convention in Southampton.
