NH Collection opening first Maldives resort
Thailand based Minor Hotels announced the upcoming debut of the NH Collection brand in the Maldives.
NH Collection Maldives Havodda Resort is slated to join the portfolio in August.
The Maldives resort will be NH Collection brand’s first property outside of an urban location.
It will offer 120 luxury villas, comprising 60 beach and 60 over-water,.
It will house several culinary venues, a spa, fully equipped gym, swimming pool and pool bar.
A water sports and dive centre will be manned by a dedicated expert team offering a range of activities.
The Maldives resort is located in Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll and will be the seventh property operated by Minor Hotels in the Maldives.
Dillip Rajakarier, Group CEO of Minor International said: “We expect NH Collection Maldives Havodda Resort to become a sought after destination in this idyllic part of the world.”
The new resort is part of the NH Collection brand’s strategic expansion into new regions.
Further launches include NH Collection Chiang Mai and NH Collection Luang Prabang/
New properties are set to launch in China in the coming months.
