No brain drain for Westin guests
You may think it’s tough enough fitting in that daily trip to the gym while staying at a hotel, but Sheraton has just squeezed in another must-do.
The group has introduced a new kind of workout for guests staying at its Westin hotels – the BrainBody Fitness workout.
The hotel group has hired a neuroscientist and psychiatrist to devise tough mental challenges to get guests going in the morning, focus during the day and relax in the evenings.
These include Sudoko puzzles exclusively created for Westin which will be available at a range of different levels.
