Norse Atlantic hails record breaking August
Norse Atlantic posted new records in August with its highest load factor and passenger traffic.
It also carried the highest volume of cargo to date.
Last month saw an average load factor of 87%, representing an increase of one percentage point year on year.
During August, Norse Atlantic carried 191,291 passengers across 661 flights, up by more than a quarter compared to a year ago.
It included 11 charter flights.
Norse Atlantic completed 100% of scheduled flights, while 78% of all flights arrived within 15 minutes of arrival time.
“August has been a truly record-breaking month for Norse Atlantic. These achievements are a powerful testament to our value for money proposition and our entire team,” said Bjorn Tore Larsen, CEO and Founder Norse Atlantic.
“By the end of August the airline had already sold more segments in 2024 than across the entire year of 2023.”
