Norwegian claims lowest Gatwick-Vegas fares
Norwegian has launched a twice-weekly service from Gatwick to Las Vegas and claims it will offer the cheapest fares on the route.
Flights will be operated by a two-class B787-9 aircraft, with fares starting from £179 each way.
They leave Gatwick at 1210 on Mondays and Thursdays, arriving into Las Vegas at 1600.
Return flights leave Las Vegas at 1800 and arrive back into London at 1050 the following day.
Gatwick-Las Vegas flights are also operated by Virgin Atlantic and the route was also served by British Airways until earlier this year when it replaced it with a New York JFK service.
Norwegian already operates Las Vegas flights from Copenhagen and Stockholm, and launches a weekly service from Oslo today.
It recently introduced flights from Gatwick to Oakland International and already flies from Gatwick to Boston, New York, Los Angeles, Orlando and Fort Lauderdale.
