Now Pacific Sun offers dining flexibility

BRISBANE – “Your Choice Dining” is now available onboard P&O Cruises’ Pacific Sun following the successful debut of the concept on superliner, Pacific Dawn.

Your Choice Dining gives passengers the flexibility to choose where, when and with whom they dine throughout their cruise, and replaces the traditional first and second sitting arrangements for evening meals.

Pacific Sun passengers can now choose between five dining venues each evening including the Burgundy dining room, the Bordeaux dining room, the Steakhouse, the Outback Cafe, and the Pizzeria.

Sture Myrmell, vice president hotel operations for P&O Cruises, said the introduction of Your Choice Dining has been well received by passengers.

“Passengers have really embraced the concept of Your Choice Dining and enjoyed the freedom that comes with choosing when and where to dine.”

The 47,000-tonne Pacific Sun sails year round from Brisbane and offers a winter season of cruises from Auckland each year.

Pacific Sun features a new child-free Oasis spa retreat and ocean-view gym.
