Oh La, La, joins Jolly Good……….Expedia microsite to help travellers plan holidays to UK and France
Online travel company, Expedia.com.auTM, has launched a new microsite for travellers to UK and France, “A taste of Britain and Franceâ€.
The microsite features extensive information on tours, activities and destinations that will assist travellers in getting the most out of their itineraries.
Customers booking a trip through the microsite also have the chance to win a free trip to Paris and London for two, including flights, accommodation, trips on the Eurostar and admission to major tourist attractions.
The microsite was developed in conjunction with VisitBritain and Maison de la France and is a one-stop shop for travellers to research and book their entire trip to UK and France. It also includes extensive information on where to shop, where to dine, tour and flight deals, sightseeing, heritage sites and activities.
Mark Haynes from VisitBritain, said, “We are really excited to be working with Expedia to promote tourism to Britain. The microsite will enable Expedia Australia customers to easily plan a holiday in all parts of Britain and show repeat visitors that there is always more to see and truly experienceâ€.
Patrick Benhamou, Director of the French Tourist Bureau, said: “The microsite provides in-depth and tailored advice for travellers on how to experience France at its best. We hope it will entice Australians to experience France for themselves.â€
Available on Expedia.com.au are CityPasses and other activity passes that can be bought in Australian dollars to save foreign exchange conversion charges.
