Omega Travel extends Worldspan deal to include FETC
Worldspan is to become preferred GDS provider for Far East Travel Centre after renewing an agreement with parent company Omega Travel
FETC, with offices in London and Manchester, was acquired by China and East Asia specialist Omega recently.
The extension of a ten year travel distribution and technology partnership for a further five years means that the GDS will continue to serve Omega’s offices in Milton Keynes, London, Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh as well as Paris, Beijing and Shanghai.
Omega managing director Dr Mingaling Chen said: “Through this new agreement, we will take greater advantage of Worldspan technologies, which we believe are the best in the industry and best suited for our growth initiatives.”
