Online revamp for Portugal
Portugal hopes to boost visitor numbers with the launch of a new website.
The Portuguese National Tourist Office claims the “new and sophisticated” new site will provide users with a range of information about the country.
It will also allow latest brochures to be downloaded online and offer links to hotel, operator and airline websites.
The site at www.visitportugal.com has been developed as part of a host of new resources dedicated to increasing tourism to the country, according to the PNTO.
Each of Portugal’s seven tourist regions is broken down with dedicated pages.
