Onyx Hospitality is adding three new hotels in the Thai beach city of Pattaya.
Onyx is expanding its collaboration with real estate firm Ratanakorn Asset.
It announced a YOO Beach Club property, located south of Pattaya City, and Yoo2 and Shama Hub will form part of a dual branded hotel tower at Wongamat Beach.
YOO Beach Club will be located adjacent to the 400-key Amari Jomtien Pattaya which is currently under construction, and both will be part of a new mixed-use beachfront development which is slated to open in 2024.
Yoo2 Pattaya will have 100 rooms, a sky lobby, rooftop pool bar, restaurant and meeting rooms.
"Collaborating closely with Ratanakorn Asset, we look forward to introducing these all-new exciting concepts and experiences, including our first YOO products, to the Eastern Riviera of Thailand," said Onyx CEO Douglas Martell.
Shama Hub Pattaya is a studio-living concept which will have 250 units.
Two other Shama Hub properties are in development in Haikou and Changchun in China, and are expected to open next year.
