Outrigger acquires Thai beachfront resort
Outrigger Hospitality Group has acquired Zeavola Resort, a beachfront resort on the northern tip of Thailand’s Phi Phi Island.
The property is poised to undergo a full transformation and rebrand as OUTRIGGER Phi Phi Island Resort – a five-star luxury retreat.
“The addition of a new OUTRIGGER Resort on Phi Phi Island represents a landmark moment for strategic growth across Asia Pacific,” said Jeff Wagoner, CEO of OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group.
The Thailand resort will temporarily suspend operations for an extensive renovation across the accommodations and public spaces.
The refurbished resort will feature 63 suites and villas and is scheduled to reopen on 1 October 2025.
OUTRIGGER currently operates Thailand resorts in Koh Samui, Khao Lak and Surin Beach, Phuket.
Phi Phi Island marks its fourth property in Thailand.
