Page & Moy introduces customer hotel ratings
A customer hotel ratings system has been introduced by Page & Moy.
The scheme features in the operator’s Europe Holiday Collection 2008/09 brochure, which is being sent to agents this week.
Ratings are based on feedback from Page & Moy customers, with each hotel rated on a scale from one (acceptable) to five (outstanding).
Head of agency sales Colin Wilson said the system “demonstrates how important the views of our customers are to us and represents an honest appraisal built up from their feedback on the quality of our selected hotels – many of which have been chosen for their unique charm and character”.
The programme features more than 80 escorted holidays, 10 of which are new. Departures start in July and continue throughout 2009.
A new all-inclusive holiday to Crete and a special departure to Sicily and the Aeolian Islands are among the new additions, together with Montenegro, Poland and the French resort of St Raphael combined with the Cote d’Azur.
A seven-night cruise of the Dalmatian Coast on a full board basis on board the new French owned, MS La Belle de L’Adriatique has been introduced. The ship will cruise the coastline of the Adriatic – calling at Dubrovnik, the islands of Mijet and Korcula, Sibenik, medieval Trogir, Vis, Hvar and the Bay of Kotor in Montenegro.
