Yellow warnings for ice are in place in England and Wales until 10am today, after which the Met Office says temperatures will improve.
However, there are still significant problems in some areas, particularly the south west, with at least 10cm of snow in Exeter, according to the Met Office.

There are also delays on the Jubilee line between North Greenwich and Stratford, also due to signal failure.
