PATA EXCHANGE – LONDON, MARCH 16
NEWS RELEASE
ASIA PACIFIC’S LEADING NAMES COME TOGETHER FOR INFORMATION EXCHANGE WITH UK AGENTS AND BUYERS
Some of the biggest names and most respected brands serving travel and tourism in Asia Pacific are coming together for a “getting to know you event†in London on March 16.
Organised by the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), the event is free to UK agents and other industry buyers and has already attracted almost 40 key suppliers from across the region, including hotel chains such as Hilton, Marriott, Langham and Dusit International and the tourist boards of Australia, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, Tasmania, Sri Lanka, Samoa and Fiji.
Agents and buyers will be able to schedule appointments ahead of the day, providing an opportunity to meet many of Asia Pacific’s key sellers in one manageable forum.
Rodney Harrex, Tourism Australia’s general manager, UK and Europe, says: ‘For Australia, we see the PATA Exchange as a great way to bring the diversity of destinations and experiences from the Asia Pacific region together so that agents, operators and product buyers can engage with suppliers face to face in the one location.â€
PATA Exchange takes place at Australia House in London on Monday March 16 between 11.00 am and 6.00 pm and will be followed by a drinks reception. For further information visit www.pataexchange.com
