To mark its formation Planet Hollywood is partnering with developer Azzurra Development for ph Premiere Resort-Residences Orlando.

The property will feature 547 keys comprising accommodations and condo-hotel residences.

"I am thrilled to grow our lodging business in my home town by establishing this unique concept in a market that we felt was underprovided. ph Premiere™ Resort-Residences Orlando will provide every guest with a unique, memorable and personal experience," said Planet Hollywood International chairman Robert Earl.

Amenities planned include a 12,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, restaurants and bars and pool complex.

The hotel is located by the shore of Lake Bryan, in the heart of the Lake Buena Vista district.
