Plaza Hotels improves agent incentive

Agents can save points towards holidays, clothes, or gifts when making bookings with Park Plaza Hotels.

The brand has been integrated into Carlson Hospitality Worldwide, so all of its EMEA hotels, including the new Sherlock Holmes Hotel in London and the four art’otels have joined Carlson’s “Look To Book” incentive programme.

The programme has been running for ten years, and offers individual agents the opportunity to accumulate award points when they book rooms at any Carlson branded hotel through a GDS.

The points can be redeemed against a range of products and services including air travel, hotel stays, car rental, restaurant meals, domestic appliances, clothes, electronic goods, and sporting goods.

Agents can join the scheme by making an initial booking and going to the SI field in their GDS, then keying in CW followed by their first initial and last name (e.g SI-CW-MSMITH). Once enrolled, the agent will receive ten “Look To Book” points per US dollar value of the booking made.

Carlson Hospitality Worldwide consists of five global brands: Regent International Hotels, Park Plaza Hotels, Radisson Hotels & Resorts, Country Inns & Suites and Park Inn.
